Tasting Notes
The history of the Drappier family began in the 13th century, when Saint Bernard constructed a building in Urville that would become the Abbey Clairvaux.
The Carte d'Or is one of Drappier's most famous Cuvee's. The Reserve de l'Oentheque is a special release that has been sitting on lees in the Drappier cellars until it reaches it's next level of maturity, just like the famed Krug 'Collection' and Dom Perignon 'P2 Plentitude'.
