"Ex-chateau. This would have been made when Bruno Prats, father of Jean-Guillaume (CEO at Ch Lafite but set to leave that role this year), was in charge. Dry finish but masses of exciting and complex fruit on the mid palate with notes of blackcurrant. Sweet and so rich! With lots of life still in it, even in a regular 75-cl bottle."
