"Mid yellow in colour. A light biscuity touch alongside a properly floral bouquet, this is remarkably stylish while evidently also suggesting full ripeness. Several waves of flavour with the fruit becoming ever fresher the further back it goes, finishing on a very pure white fruit, scarcely marked by the oak at all. A brilliant village Puligny. Drink from 2028-2034."
