Angel Gully sits in Clarendon, in the hills overlooking McLaren Vale.
They use the prized Shiraz grapes from this region to create our flagship wine.
Primo Estate handpick fruit and crush into our traditional open-topped concrete fermenters. The wine spends 18 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels before release.
The Angel Gully gives an intense bouquet of dark red fruits, herbs and spice. It finishes with nuances of raisin and a smooth, mellow texture.
