The Red Mill Gold Rum is our expression of the modern Red Mill vision – a blend of Red Mill Rums aged in beautiful ex-grape casks, (ex-Pinot Noir, white Bordeaux, Oloroso Sherry and Cognac). It’s a balanced, elegant and delicious Rum – a fermentation based on a mixture of refined and unrefined sugars, speciality winemaking yeasts, a gentle column distillation, then blended to 1000L french oak foudre for finishing.
This is about a style of Rum that is refined and balanced.
Hand bottled at 42% ABV – the result is a bright, golden, delicious Rum that is perfect for sipping or mixing.
