This is a classic Margaret River Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, matured in French oak for 10 months. Ruby red with garnet flecks, medium to full bodied with a refined bouquet of violets and cherries and subtle hints of cedar and freshly roasted coffee beans, velvety smooth with intense flavours of primary red fruits, cassis and maraschino cherries.

"Single vineyard, matured in French oak. Very elegant, mineral-laden cabernet. The tannins have a chalkiness that cups the fruit in the mouth. Cassis, wild raspberry and redcurrant all vie for space up front. There is a wild, untamed quality that seems at home on the windswept coastline that frames the Margaret River region. Wow, for a wine to take you places ... it's got to be good. Lovely, dusty, earthy, rustic, fine and structured cabernet here."
