Tasting Notes

Excellent quality white Burgundy. The fruit is grown in the Macconnais from vines averaging 40 years old. Aged in stainless steel for 14 months, it has freshness, purity and finesse. Pleasing citrus and apple aromas, with white flowers and a mineral structure. A classic pairing for white meats and fish dishes, it offers great value.
