96 / 100"Matured in fine-grain French oak (35% new). Deeply coloured; a wine that always comes out on top, making light of vintage variation. Thanks to its balance, it's utterly pleasurable to savour the oak, the generosity of its black fruits, its ripe tannins and its notes of spices and pepper spun throughout."

Tasting Notes
Fragrant, juicy dark and red berries, most notably blueberry and raspberry, and some vanilla and spice on the nose. The wine is matured in a blend of old and new French oak hogsheads. The wine is round, plush and well-balanced complemented by fine, smooth tannins.
