Tasting Notes
This vintage is a quite special incoming from the Tenareze region when most of the expressions we see in Australia are Bas Armagnac. With a soil that is more limestone and clay than the sandier soil of the other regions, generally, Tenareze distillate can be more powerful and benefit from longer ageing.
Tasting Notes: Nose: Fruits of kirsch, cherry plum-Mirabelle, almond and cherry stone.
Palate: Bitter orange, liquorice. Has a long, mellow finish.
