94 / 100"12yo vines, machine-harvested, 5 days cold soak, open-fermented in small batches with cultured yeast, 30 days post-ferment maceration, matured in used oak for 12 months. Good colour for nebbiolo, clear crimson; the perfumed bouquet is already on song with rose petals and cherry blossom, the palate pure nebbiolo, at this stage flexing its tannin muscles rippling through the cherry fruits. Just be patient."

Tasting Notes
The Nebbiolo is focused and complex with a great depth and tight structure. Flavours of cherries and plums, cedar, spices, hints of mushrooms, with spicy, chocolate, leathery and earthy undertones. The concentrated flavours are matched by dense, but supple tannins that lead into a wonderfully long, vibrant finish.
