84 / 100"Cherry Ripe, sweet oak, milk chocolate. Sweet-sour cherry cola spice. I swear, run soda stream through, and it wouldn’t be far from bourbon with coke. It’s flat in flavours, with black tea tannins, not much fruit, just oak and not much depth. More sweetness, some game meat and rum spice to finish. Hard to enjoy without ice cubes and carbon dioxide injected. It doesn’t do it for me."

Tasting Notes
The scent of ripe red fruit, fragrant wood mixed with a gentle mint, blend to create a wonderful symphony that helps awaken the taste buds.
The flavorful combination of fruits comes from the Macedon Ranges (at 600m altitude), Bendigo City and a few from the Yarra Valley. All will be aged for quite a long time, about 28 months, in Puncheons barrels, creating a rich wine taste with a solid Tannin structure.
To reveal the wine's flavor more clearly, combine it with spicy dishes such as fragrant grilled meat or medium-cooked beef fillet.
