95 / 100"Gorgeously composed and expressed, the elegantly complex bouquet shows white flesh nectarine, golden apple, oatmeal and lemon peel nuances, leading to a finely flowing palate that's creamy and delightfully textured. Beautifully framed by bright acidity, making it refreshing and hugely enjoyable."

Tasting Notes
All our Sparkling wine are made in the traditional French method with secondary fermentation taking place in bottle under control temperatures to give the wines a slow secondary fermentation and development a beautiful smooth mouse of foam.
This wine is the base line on which we build our sparkling wines at Riversdale Estate. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from different vintages left on tirage lees for 30-36months to develop some beautiful autolytic characteristics. A wine that expresses our terroir and climate with freshness and straight-line acidity.
The starting point of your dive into Sparkling wines made in the traditional French method by our winemaker.
