100 / 100"So plush with a mix of red and blue-fruit aromas on the nose, as well as blood-orange and almost violet-like floral notes. The palate is very plush and juicy with such a long, seamless and silky feel. Super intense and very, very plush with deep, deep rich fruit. Mouthwatering. Super long. Super rich."

Tasting Notes
High Sands is Yangarra's Holy Grenache Grail, capturing the essence of their prized old vines. From their McLaren Vale Blewett Springs estate, this biodynamic High Sands block is perched at the top of the ridge, with gnarly old bush vines from 1946 rooted in deep silica sand soils.
Aromas of very concentrated, spiced dark fruits appear alongside pretty florals, which become more apparent the longer the wine is open.
The palate is rich and plush, with its trademark tight line of tannin and acidity.
Pairs well with game meats and charcuterie.
