Tasting Notes
Since 2010, the date of its purchase, this terroir has benefitted from the know-how of the famous domain Prieuré Roch. The result is a flavourful wine with notes of white peach and hints of citrus, followed by a lively, fresh finish. Produced following organic principles, this wine surprises fans of the domain every year and will undoubtedly awaken your senses alongside a dish of white meat.
Domaine Prieuré Roch, created in 1988, extends over 14 hectares, along the Côte de Nuits, over a dozen climats. The Domaine applies organic methods and favours very low yields. His wines are therefore very fine and represent as closely as possible their respective climats.
