Tasting Notes
Domaine Thibert is a family-owned Domaine with 22 hectares planted to Chardonnay in and around Fuissé. They have farmed
organically since 1998, they short prune for low yields and combine this with judicious use of oak and minimal filtration to
produce a superb array of compelling wines. Stylistically the wines are beautifully rich with flavor yet fine, taut and complex
and deliver terrific expression of place. This is a really exciting Estate producing complex and exhilarating wines.
the selection from different terroirs gives this Saint-Véran a certain degree of complexity, varying from charming fruitiness to nuttiness, resulting in an astonishing finesse. The palate is rich, elegant and harmonious.
30% in barrels and 70% in stainless steel vats for 9 to 11 months, with no filtering when bottled.
