Golden Ball is a micro-boutique winery in the Beechworth region owned and operated by James McLaurin
Vinified separately, the fruit drawn from the original vineyard. The vintage composition typical make up is 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 5% Malbec. Barrelled in 35% new barriques from prestigious Bordeaux coopers are used to compliment the wines.

93 / 100"The best of its line for sure. Lovely wine. Structured, distinctive, pencilly, flooded with blackcurrant and sheered with (a little too much) eucalypt. Classy drop otherwise. It will age like a charm. Sophisticated tannin structure. The goods."
