Tasting Notes
Totally opaque, crimson black colour. Generous ripe fruit nose with abundant aroma of spice, liquorice, blackcurrant, cedar and a hint of truffle, showing strong varietal character. On the palate the flavours of ripe stewed fruit, plum and liquorice are perfectly integrated and welded to a distinct peppery end palate. Excellent weight and mouthfeel with long aftertaste of plum, blackpepper and spice
