Scores
96 / 100"From four key subsections of the Abbey Vineyard; part of the wine spent 30 days on skins to underwrite a long life; matured for 21 months in a mix of new and recently used barrels. An exceptional wine, flush with cassis and bay leaf fruit, and perfectly balanced tannins on a long, perfectly balanced finish."

"Smooth and elegant, this brightly lit and carefully measured cabernet has faintly smoky bouquet of sweet cassis, blackberries and polished cedar, vanilla and dark chocolate oak influences backed by suggestions of dried herbs. Its long, pristine and sour-edged core of intense cassis, dark plum and mulberry flavour knits tightly with excellent oak and firmish, fine-grained tannins, finishing with brightness and balance."

Tasting Notes
Parker Estate Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon is a Coonawarra Cabernet that always looks classy. Big rich cassis, blackberry and raspberry fruit ripple with an appealing suggestion of leafiness. The very best oak is always used for Parker's wines and that is evident again with fine integrated influence of French oak that delivers a balanced cedar and cigar box finish.
