18 / 20"Bright, pale watermelon-pink, even colour throughout. The nose is full, enticing aromas of field berries, white florals melded with a hint of creaminess. Medium-bodied, aromas of field berries, florals elevated by citrus zest; buoyant creamy flow carries subtle phenolic texture; lively acidity lends a refreshing finish. This is an elegant rosé with attractive fruit and a refreshing palate. Serve as an aperitif or match with honey-roasted char siu over the next 2-3 years. 100% Pinot Noir fermented in stainless steel to 13.5% alc, 3.1g/l RS."
