92 / 100"Bright, light to medium yellow colour, with a mellow toasty bouquet with savoury nutty overtones (some barrel involvement?) and the palate has good intensity and drive, concluding with very bright acidity. Lemon meringue on the nose and palate. Mouthwatering acidity: indeed, it needs food, as it's unbalanced on its own. The finish is long and invigorating."

"(Base: 2013 vintage. 100% Pinot Noir) The nose is fruity and gourmand. It reveals notes of strawberry and candied cherry associated with slight touches of citrus (in the background) and a hint of passion fruit, raspberry and a discreet touch of spice. The palate is fruity, elegant, fresh, relatively gourmande and offers a beautiful minerality / freshness and a small / slight acid frame. The effervescence is elegant and creamy. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of raspberry and a touch of redcurrant associated with a hint of strawberry, touches of citrus (lemon, a touch of tangerine), slight touches of zest and a discreet touch of sweet spices. Good length and persistence."

Tasting Notes
Jacquinot & Fils Blanc de Noirs Brut Champagne is an exceptional wine that embodies the very best of French winemaking. This champagne is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, which gives it a rich and complex flavor profile.
The wine itself is pale gold in color, with aromas of citrus, pear, and brioche. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with flavors of apple, white peach, and a hint of toasted hazelnut. The bubbles are fine and persistent, giving the wine a smooth and elegant texture.
What sets Jacquinot & Fils Blanc de Noirs Brut Champagne apart is its exceptional quality. The grapes for this wine are carefully selected from the best vineyards in Champagne, and the wine is aged for at least three years in the cellar, which gives it a subtle complexity and a refined elegance that is rarely found in a wine of this price range.
