94 / 100""Chardonnay is close to my heart," waxes Ruinart Chef de Caves Frederic Panaiotis. It's close to mine, too, when it's as elegant and refined as it is in his B de B. This is the consummate autumn aperitif; a complete champagne, singing with pure lemon juice and high notes of cinnamon and wild honey."

"The Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is a very composed and satisfying Champagne that delivers elegance, power and complexity in a polished style. The nose has brioche, honey, gently toasted bready notes and yellow fruit aromas. On the palate it s a creamy and supple style, with fine, supple texture and a wealth of ripe citrus and stone fruit flavours."

Tasting Notes
Two years of research and development were needed to get back to the essential: a 100% paper and entirely recyclable case, moulded to the shape of the bottle. This case is 9 times lighter than its predecessor and produced without incurring any airfreight, resulting in a 60% reduction in its carbon impact. A pioneer in the champagne trade, the Ruinart House has stood out due to its unique know-how and history. At first very intense on the nose, with fresh fruit notes, particularly ripe citrus fruits. A second refined floral nose with notes of white flowers and fruits (white peaches, pineapple). A supple, harmonious attack on the palate, very rounded. Vinosity that is not excessive, supported by excellent freshness. Notes of nectarines, citrus fruits with a pleasant mineral quality in the finish. Long, very refreshing finish. A vibrant, clear yellow colour with golden reflections. Good brilliance with sustained effervescence and a very persistent foam.
