Tasting Notes

A light citrus aroma slowly develops in the glass into notes of asparagus, pears and soft toast. The mouth is very colorful with the wine being very soft and velvety on the palate, with a wide range of exotic fruits. The multi-layered nature of the wine allows each subsequent sip to discover new notes. All this is wrapped in an elegant harmony, the finish is long and extremely chalky.
