Tasting Notes
Vineyard parcels were handpicked and kept seperate. The juice was soaked on skins briefly (12 hours) before pressing into tank. Maturation was on full lees for 5 months.
This wine has pears and hints of caramel. Its minerality and structure give it its drinkability. It has a long clean finish and will make for a perfect accompaniment to almost any meal.

92 / 100"Lifted aromas of nougat, white peach, yogurt, nutty oak and sweet spice. Rich, creamy and mouth-filling—there's a real generosity of flavour. Full of stone fruit and well handled oak, it also achieves balance via bright and precise acidity. Long and layered 10 MAR 2024 Drink 2024–2031"
