95 / 100"Mid red to crimson. Latricières this year has one of the soft rich deep strawberry noses. There is a significant weight of fruit here then rather dry behind. Ripe crushed strawberries. Tannins firmer. Not in place today but there is more volume of fruit in the mouth than Chapelle. Just needs time. Drink from 2027-2035."

"This is more restrained with a discreetly spicy but highly complex aromatic profile of red currant plum and an abundance of floral elements. There is plenty of punch to the intensely mineral-driven beautifully detailed and succulent mouth coating flavors that possess a highly refined mouthfeel thanks to the firm supporting tannins that are quite fine-grained on the dusty moderately austere and beautifully long finale. (Drink starting 2033)"

"The 2021 Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru has a backward bouquet; a mixture of red and black fruit quite estuarine and needing a little more coherence. Hints of Seville orange marmalade. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp tannins a healthy sprinkling of white pepper here and a nicely detailed yet slightly conservative finish."

Tasting Notes
Brothers David and Nicolas Rossignol run this 100% Organic and Biodynamically farmed Domaine located in the very heart of Gevrey Chambertin.
