Hand-crafted though only using premium organically farmed fruit and minimal winemaking intervention resulting in vibrant, full flavoured, vegan Friendly wines.
This supple and juicy Sangiovese simply shimmers in the glass. On the nose it shows dark cherry and dried herb with a touch of amaro bitterness. The palate is light and fresh with dark, savoury fruit and loose knit tannins. It finishes dry with a judicious clip of acidity. It would pair well with a pepperoni pizza.
