Tasting Notes

The Pieropan Soave Classico DOC 2022 is a white wine (Garganega 85%, Trebbiano di Soave 15%) produced by the Pieropan winery in the Soave Classico region of Veneto, Italy. It is made from Garganega grapes, with a small percentage of Trebbiano di Soave. The grapes are grown on volcanic soils at an altitude of 100-300 meters above sea level. The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled cement tanks and then aged for several months in the same tanks.

The Pieropan Soave Classico DOC 2022 is a fresh, elegant wine with a pale straw yellow color. It has aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, and a hint of minerality. The palate is dry, with a crisp acidity and a long, mineral finish. The wine is best enjoyed young, with seafood dishes, pasta, or simply on its own.
