"This is spot on. Lifted, lively, varietal and complex, for sure, but mostly just plain delicious. It tastes mostly of undergrowth and black cherries though there are roasted spice notes and some positively-employed reduction. It finishes dry – and more-ish."

"60/40% whole berries/bunches; pressed to older French oak and stainless steel. A light cherry red. Crushed red berries, a little blood orange and some herbal notes can all be found in this brightly fruited and immediately appealing wine. There's a nice touch of grip on the palate, too, giving the wine shape and ensuring it will still be looking good three to four years from now. Philip Rich"

Tasting Notes

Red cherry, raspberry, and perfume spice. Fruit forward in the mouth with supple fine tannins. This Pinot sings of bright red fruits with hints of spice and earth. Smooth tannins create an enjoyable drinking experience. Made from multiple blocks and clones, it was fermented with wild yeasts and minimal use of French oak to preserve freshness.
