With archives showing that the Rossignol family has run vineyards in Burgundy's famous Cote de Nuits since the 16th century, the current generation, brothers Nicolas and David Rossignol, have plenty of experience to draw on when creating their excellent Pinot Noir wines. Working 14 hectares of certified organic and biodynamic vineyards in the Gevrey-Chambertin commune, the combination of old methods and modern vinification techniques makes for wines of great appeal, with savoury characteristics and superb purity of fruit.
