Domaine Fourrier owns some of the finest plots in Gevrey-Chambertin, with many located in top premier and grand cru sites.
A family-owned estate with a rich history dating back to the 1930s. Today, it is expertly led by Jean-Marie Fourrier, who took over in 1994 after training under the legendary Henri Jayer. Known for his minimalist approach, Jean-Marie emphasizes natural balance and terroir expression.
The vines in Latricières are among Fourrier’s oldest, many over 80 years of age. These mature vines yield low volumes of highly concentrated fruit, delivering layers of complexity and a profound depth that makes this grand cru both powerful and refined, with the potential for long cellaring.
