Tasting Notes
A man obsessed with quality and precision, his Pinot Noir is widely regarded amongst the top examples that Martinborough produces.
Every berry is hand selected, the winemaking is gentle yet attention to detail is second to none. The Pinot Noir is always the first wine to sell out in Hiro's range such is the want for allocations world wide. This rare bird will not be available for long.
An exquisite, almost ethereal pinot noir featuring floral notes of red rose, violet, red cherry, redcurrant, and hints of oyster shell. It bears the distinctive Kusuda traits of precision, perfection, purity, and power. This graceful wine is underpinned by taut acidity, and it is anticipated to evolve beautifully with bottle age.
