94 / 100"Wonderfully appealing fruit and freshness. Immediately red and dark fruits to smell, then this carries through to the flavours coupled with a nice hint of spice on the palate – no oak showing to distract from this freshness. Generous and rounded but still with acidity through the middle giving it shape and structure beyond it's price point. Fantastic Pinot Noir."

Tasting Notes
Le Foule's winemaker, Frederic, comes from the picturesque town of Limoux in the Languedoc. Having done vintages in Australia, New
Zealand, California and Burgundy, Frederic has now come home is deeply committed to promoting the wine from the Pays d’Oc.
“I love the amazing diversity of soil and climate we can find in the region. It is a unique place, where each grape variety is able to find its terroir of predilection!”
This wine is from terroir well suited to the production of high-quality Pinot Noir - the estate's highest plot. Thanks to the high altitude at which they are grown, the grapes benefit from cool nights and full sun during the day. This wide range in temperature difference is advantageous for good balance between sugar and freshness.
