Tasting Notes

Single vineyard wine from Yellingbo in the Upper Yarra.

MV6, on heavy grey clay on a north east facing slope.

100% destemmed. Cold soak and fermentation in open fermenters. No yeast added. Hand plunged. Large format seasoned oak with 11 months on lees. No fining or filtration. Estate bottled.
