Tasting Notes
Best's Great Western Bin 0 Shiraz has intense mulberry/blackberry aromas, background oak and loose-knit gravelly tannins are typical of this very popular collectible wine.
"Alive and kicking; has some very leathery, earthy perfume with a whiff of iodine and seaweed. That being said, subtle whiffs of red currant and dried cranberry coming through, with some mellow musky sweetness. Soft in texture, red currant and red cherry fruit flavours, dusty, fine tannins, brick dust maturity and pepper/clove. It’s geriatric, but there’s pleasure here." - Mike Bennie
