93 / 100"The best parcels of fruit are destined for the flagship shiraz, some whole bunches in the ferment, made with care. Matured 18 months in French oak, 20% new. While oak is a main flavour at the moment, it's buffered by the richness of fruit and depth of flavour generally. There's a gloss across the full-bodied palate and the tannins are ripe and plush."

The grapes for the Lorenzo label are the best off their vineyard and only released in the better vintages.
Medium bodied with purple on the rim. Blackberries, vanilla and fennel on the nose. The palate was luscious with sweet, plummy fruit, good acidity and length
