97 / 100"Light rose-gold to coral-pink colour, a delicate rosé colour showing considerable age development. Very complex, multi-layered bouquet with leaf-litter/autumn leaf, pot-pourri, nutty/peanut brittle aromas, and there's an echo of barrel maturation evident. The palate is intense and rich as well as refined, beautifully poised and harmonious with a properly dry finish that lingers on and on. Voluminous flavour and pinpoint balance. A great food wine."

The House of Arras Rosé is a sophisticated sparkling rosé style with a wonderful balance of red fruits and complexity from age.
A medium copper-hued sparkling wine with bright effervescence, showcasing red berry, lychee, and white peach aromas, followed by strawberry and cream flavors, complexity of mushroom, candle wax, and oyster shell, and an elegant structure with fine natural acidity.
