The aromas are very summery, crisp pears and apples, but a little leafy, herbal hedgerow element too and on the pallet the wine is light and refreshing, leading to very good, crisp lemony finish.
A fantastic organisc prosecco for ever occasion

Scores

4 / 5

"4/5 stars in the 2018 Best Imported Wines (sub $50) review; "Prosecco, Italy’s favourite fizz, made from the glera variety, is hot around the world. Very fresh, vigorous and lively, this is a classic example. It is light-bodied (11% alc/vol), with crisp, citrusy, appley flavours.""

Tasting Notes

"We are conscious that each of us, within its own limit, can give its active contribution to the battle against pollution for a cleaner tomorrow starting from today. In our vineyards we use only methods that guarantee full respect of the territory and our wines are only natural ones. For us organic viticulture means love and respect for nature. The choice of materials also winks at ecology: screw caps in aluminium, labels printed with natural ink and a particularly light glass bottle complete a stylish and completely recyclable packaging."

The nose is intense with lively florals and hints of fresh pear and citrus fruits, a bit of mineral and nuances of yeast.

Fruit flavours and acidity are perfectly balanced. Fruits well meet the spring blossoms, persistent fresh acidity with a pleasant hint of mineral in the finish.
