95 / 100"Beautiful nose with a red ripe redcurrant and a real sense of richness on the nose. A fine palate with a saline twist, fresh apple, brioche, redcurrant and cranberry fruits. A hint of almond kernel husk kisses the sides of the palate. Beautiful richness married with purity."

Tasting Notes
Champagne Delavenne are set to be superstar Grower Champagne producers. In France you can already find Delavenne in several Michelin Star restaurants. The wines are all about fastidious precision, freshness, (no MLF in any of the wines) and a razor sharp cleanliness to the finish.
Brut Tradition is a blend of 60% Pinot noir and 40% Chardonnay. A blend of 2014 and 2015 vintages. Spontaneous fermentation in Stainless Steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation, 3 years on lees, no fining, no cold stabilization in order to preserve all the best attributes of the terroir.
