Silver - Guide Bettane et DesseauveScores
Silver /"Medium intense nose with fruity notes of juicy pear with vanilla butter. A fruity and well balanced champagne. The acidity is invigorating with a chalky mineral aspect that gives relief."

"The ultimate crowd-pleasing Champagne. Apple, cream, mineral wet chalk nose with a crisp, squeaky-clean palate of red apple and lemon pith. Hints of autolytic yeast characters but very much for the here and now. Dangerously drinkable and astounding value."

"Sweet nose, quite a bit of depth. Pretty, confident and BIG!"

"Zesty and fresh nose, apple skin and citrus notes. a dry palate with apple, fresh chalky mineral notes and a toasted nut note on the finish. A wonderful aperitif champagne."

Tasting Notes
Established in 1899, Champagne Pannier is a well-established high-quality producer already in 50 countries around the world, and United Cellars are so excited to be their exclusive partner in Australia.
They mature their wines in amazing 2km of limestone cellars that were carved over 200 years between the 12th to 14th Century. Their house symbol is an archer, after a 14th century carving found in their cellar, carved during the Hundred Years' War.
Despite winning awards and medals as well as some 90+ point scores, this House produces some of the most affordable Champagnes in Australia, whilst never compromising on quality.
Brut Selection NV is a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier. It uses 30% aged Reserve wine for added complexity and is matured for 3 years in the Estate's extensive chalk cellars under the town of Château-Thierry.
