"A driven and serious Dom Perignon with aromas of chalk, biscuits, apricot stones and lemons. Some spice and dried flowers, too. So sleek and sophisticated. Elegant. Yet, it’s long and powerful, with a sharp minerality. Tight and precise. Reminds me of bottles from the 1980s, such as 1988. It really takes off.""

Tasting Notes

Dom Pérignon could very well be the most celebrated champagne brand in the world.

Owned by pioneers of luxury, Luis Vuitton Möet Hennessy (LVMH), Dom Pérignon champagnes are uniquely crafted by vino-genius Richard Geoffroy, otherwise known as ‘Chef de Cave’.

Blend: Pinot Noir & Chardonnay

Disgorged for a minimum of 1 year before release

Dom Pérignon is vintage champagne only.
Each vintage is a creation, singular and unique, that expresses both the character of the year, and the character of Dom Pérignon.

Combining intensity, contained tautness and extreme contradictions, the Dom Pérignon blend reveals a unique structure, resonating to the rhythm of controlled energy, channelled by an acidity and bitterness that burst forth magnificently. The nose is full and varied, mingling flowers with fruit, and the vegetal with the mineral. The bouquet is tactile, subtly enticing us along a trail of powdery white flowers and nectareous apricot, followed by the freshness of rhubarb
