91 / 100"Blue fruit, blackcurrant, truffles, a sort of wheaty/bran character here too, and some sweet cinnamon oak and whole bunch spice (I think?). Medium-bodied, plush and supple, lots of sweet dark fruit, some sticky/gummy/dry tannin, perhaps a little too much truffle and blackcurrant stuff, but pulls savoury and spicy on a finish of good length, with a baked plum aftertaste. Good wine,"

Tasting Notes
Blueberry and blackberry fruit with definitive savoury personality of currants, mushroom, sweet spices. This is a medium-bodied wine with a supple texture, celebrating a warm vintage in a cool climate. Lots of plums and cinnamon on the long finish.
If you love a brooding and savoury Shiraz this hits the spot.
