95 / 100"Foot-stomped, some stalks, warm fermented, unfined. 500 dozen produced. Silken texture, quite bold up front but tangy and bright in general, almost cranberried. Fresh plum and stewed cherry notes, spice, extra polish from cedary/smoky oak. Tense on the finish,as if it's not quite ready to reveal itself properly. An interesting future awaits."
