"Rufus Stone Shiraz has been a crowd favourite for a long period now. Blackberried fruit, chocolatey-vanillin oak, decent heft, no fancy stuff. The acidity is slightly out of whack, marring the enjoyment for me, but for texture and weight of fruit/oak it delivers once again."

The deep rich colour of this wine indicates its intensity. Classic Heathcote Shiraz, the nose is full of regional ripe plum, dark cherries with a pinch of white pepper and sweet vanilla. A rich full wine with a complex structure and a long fresh finish.
