94-91 / 100"Light to medium colour, not much nose is evident, discreet red fruit on the palate, perhaps over discreet for this cuvée, light fresh strawberry, with a trace of acidity. This may put on a little more weight later in life. Drink from 2026-2031. Tasted: November 2022."

Tasting Notes
Chambertin is one of the most revered Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte de Nuits region of Burgundy. The vineyard's unique soil composition, microclimate, and ideal sun exposure create the perfect conditions for growing Pinot Noir grapes of unparalleled complexity, elegance, and aging potential.
Enticing aromas of ripe red and black fruits emerge, including black cherry, raspberry, and blackberry, layered with delicate floral notes of rose petals and violet. Subtle hints of spice, such as clove and cinnamon, add complexity, while earthy undertones of forest floor and truffle contribute to the wine's sense of terroir.
