94 / 100"The 2021 Echézeaux Grand Cru, which comes from the Les Champs Traversins lieu-dit and is around one-third de-stemmed, was (again) showing a small reduction. Raspberry, wild strawberry and light pressed flower scents, flecks of mandarin emerge with time. The palate is very harmonious, saline in the mouth, taut and fresh, a brightness on the finish that is quite endearing but there's a bit of muscle here. Very fine."

"Aromas of rose petals, dark berries, blood orange and exotic spices introduce the 2021 Echezeaux Grand Cru, a medium to full-bodied, fleshy and sumptuous wine that's supple and melting, with an extrovert, almost extravagantly perfumed profile, concluding with a broad, saline finish. - William Kelley"

"Though the nose is once again reduced, it does not extend to the more elegant if less concentrated medium weight flavors that deliver outstanding persistence if only average depth on the youthfully austere and well-balanced finale. Like several wines in the range which could use better depth, the Dujac Ech typically develops beautifully in bottle. As such, my predicted range implicitly offers the same confidence that the 2021 version will do so if given time - Allen Meadows"
