96 / 100"Organically grown on one of Australia's oldest vineyards (planted 1858-68), interplanted with small amounts of mataro and shiraz. This is another beautiful wine from Eperosa, the bouquet fine, perfumed and hauntingly fragrant, the palate is detailed and precise finishing, with classic chalky old vine grenache tannins."

Tasting Notes
The Stonegarden Grenache is from one of the oldest vineyards in Australia dating back to 1858. From 1858 to 1962 the winery and vineyard was established by David Randall of Glen Para.
Deep, powerful brambly red currant fruits. Tight, structural, powerful mid palate of voluminous garnet red fruits over wet stone and liquorice. Long tea leaf fine tannin finish.
