98 / 100"Dark, deep purple/red colour. Opaque and confident. Subdued aromas of ripe plum fruits are softened by toasty French oak and time in the bottle, raspberry liqueur and black olives in the mix. Amazingly fresh when sipped - dark cherries and high-toned crunchy cranberries, classic Eden Valley red-fruit energy. Will last for decades and hasn't yet hit its straps. A stunning wine.”"

"Very deep, dark colour with glints of black and purple, the bouquet black-fruited and layered with black olive, creosote and graphite savoury notes as well as blackberry. Very full-bodied and lush, rounded and supple in its structure with lashings of supple tannins. This bottle seems a bit quiet in the bouquet, and took a while to unfurl, but the palate is superb. It's a more savoury and subtly complex style than Bin 60. Tremendous length and cellaring potential. (from the Eden Valley)"
