Izway Wines Bruce Shiraz 2017

2017 saw a continuation of the stellar run of great vintages in the Barossa Valley, and although each display striking differences, all harvests since 2012 will stand the test of time. The summer was warm but not hot and there were no extended heat waves. The bountiful rain and cool growing conditions we experienced in 2017 presented us with fantastic yields and perfect fruit. With an abundance of fruit, this vintage of Bruce is crafted from some exceptional sites (25% Don Vineyard, 19% Harold Vineyard). In 2017 we had a record crop in the Harold vineyard, and it meant that for the first time the Bruce is a Barossa Valley & Eden Valley Shiraz.
