The iconic Georgia's Paddock Shiraz, named after their daughter Georgia, is the archetypal Heathcote shiraz; wonderfully rich and full-flavoured. The first vintage produced was 1982. Today, after more than 40 vintages, this wine has a long established record for ageing gracefully. Fruit is sourced from the Georgia's Paddock Vineyard, which is located on the famous Cambrian soils that are over 500 million years old.
