Winemaking: Little Giant Shiraz is crafted from fruit sourced from select premium vineyards of both the Barossa Valley and Eden Valley. Picked in the cool of the morning to retain freshness, the fruit is de-stemming and fermented in stainless steel tanks. A small component of the blend is cool distilled whilst another undergoes ultra-membrane filtration. With very gentle handling, these components are masterfully blending back into the original parcel of wine to arrive at a well-integrated, lighter finished ABV.
