The Cooinda Vale vineyard is ideally positioned facing northeast overlooking the Coal River in southern Tasmania. On the 43.5 Latitude line, the vineyard is planted on northeast facing slopes at 130m above sea level..
Brilliant water like coloured core with greenish tinged edges. Elevated lime and red apple aromas meld into honeysuckle, orange blossom and citrus notes. Zesty lime and citrus fruits overlay a back drop of red apple, orange blossom infusions, traces of honeysuckle and stony mineral characters. Finishes dry with racy acidity and a long elegant aftertaste.
